电力复合脂对金属导体连接耐腐蚀性能的试验研究

摘要:

为了验证研制的电力复合脂的应用对金属导体连接耐盐雾腐蚀性能的影响,选取铝-铝、铜-铝及铜-铜3种金属连接样品进行了涂敷电力复合脂的盐雾试验,并进行了接触电阻测量。试验结果表明,相较于未使用电力复合脂的样品,金属导体接触面涂敷电力复合脂后,极大地提高了金属导体,尤其是铝-铝、铜-铝导体的耐腐蚀能力,同时降低了金属导体连接的接触电阻,极大地提高了金属导体连接的可靠性和稳定性。

Abstract:

Influence of electrical joint compound on anticorrosion property of electrical contact is studied in this paper. Three metal connection samples including Al-Al, Cu-Al, Cu-Cu are selection to conduct the salt spray test. The test result shows that the anti-corrosion property of metal is improved remarkably when the electrical contact is employed, especially in Al-Al and Cu-Al contacts. Meanwhile, the contact resistance is reduced, which highly improves the reliability and the stability of the electrical contact.
