基于改进和声搜索算法的微网电池储能系统规划模型

在独立微网中,确保能源供需平衡与系统备用充足对满足用户需求、维持微网安全运行十分重要,因此电池储能系统必不可少。然而,由于现阶段电池储能系统成本较高,需要进行合理规划以选择最优系统规模。基于此,该文首先构建独立微网电池储能系统规划目标函数,并从供需平衡、备用要求等方面给出约束条件;之后通过改进的和声搜索算法对电池储能系统的安装年、额定功率与容量进行最优规划;最后,通过3种不同的微网运行情景验证模型和算法的有效性。

Abstract:

 In independent micro grid, ensuring energy supply and demand balance, as well as enough system backup is very important to meet customer demand and maintain the secure operation of micro grid. So battery energy storage system (BESS) is indispensable. However, due to the high cost of BESS at the present stage, the reasonable planning is necessary for deciding the optimal system scale. Based on this, this paper firstly constructs the planning objective function of BESS for independent micro grid, and presented constraint conditions from the aspects of supply and demand balance, as well as reserve requirements. Then, the optimal planning of the installation year, rated power and capacity of BESS is carried out by improved harmony search algorithm. Finally, the effectiveness of proposed model and algorithm will be verified through three different kinds of micro grid operating scenes.
