天中直流控制保护系统模拟量自检逻辑分析

摘要:

天中直流是第一条采用国产化直流控制保护技术路线的特高压直流输电系统,直流控制保护系统的运行可靠性对天中直流的安全稳定运行至关重要。模拟量是直流控制保护系统的源头,模拟量的准确性直接决定着控制和保护逻辑执行的正确性,影响着直流输电系统的运行可靠性。以天中直流中州换流站为例,详细分析了直流控制保护系统模拟量的自检逻辑,以期对后续特高压直流输电工程设计、建设和运维工作提供一定的参考依据。首先介绍了中州换流站直流控制保护系统模拟量的配置情况;接着分别对直流控制和直流保护用模拟量的自检逻辑进行了详细分析;然后根据工程调试存在的问题,指出了现有模拟量自检逻辑存在的不足之处;最后提出了进一步完善模拟量自检逻辑的建议和意见。

Abstract:

Tianzhong UHVDC project is the first UHVDC transmission system with using domestic DC control and protection technology. The operation reliability of DC control and protection system is very important to the safe and stable operation of the UHVDC project. Analog is the source of DC control and protection system, its correctness determines the correctness of control and protection logic implementation and affects the operation reliability of DC transmission system. Taking Zhongzhou converter station in Tianzhong UHVDC project as an example, the self-checking logic of DC control and protection system was analyzed in detail in order to provide references for the design, construction and maintenance of the UHVDC transmission project. Firstly, the analog configuration of DC control and protection system in Zhongzhou converter station was introduced. Secondly, the self-checking logic of analog using in DC control or DC protection was respectively analyzed in detail. Then, according to the engineering debugging problems, this paper pointed the shortcomings of the self-checking logic for existing analog. Finally the suggestions and comments were proposed to improve the self-checking logic of analog.
