电网不平衡故障下电力电子变压器控制策略

Control Strategy of Power Electronic Transformer under Unbalanced Grid Fault

摘要: 针对电网不平衡故障下电力电子变压器(power electronic transformer, PET)高压级的相间均压问题和对电网电压的支撑问题,首先对负序电流注入法进行了研究,推导了需注入的负序电流幅值和相位,分析了有功电流和负序电流对电网公共连接点(point of common coupling,PCC)电压的影响,然后提出了一种新的适用于PET相间均压的零序电压注入法。仿真结果表明,电网故障时,PET仅传输有功功率,会降低PCC点正序电压,输出无功后可有效支撑电网电压。负序电流注入法和零序电压注入法均可实现高压级相间均压,但负序电流注入法需高压级具备更大的电流应力,且抬升了电网负序电压,而采用零序电压注入法时,高压级三相电流对称,对电网负序电压无影响。PET隔离级所有双有源桥(dual active bridge , DAB)传输功率均衡,低压级输出电压和功率恒定,不受电网故障的影响。

Abstract: For the DC voltage balance control problem among phases of power electronic transformer (PET) and grid voltage support problem under unbalanced grid fault, this paper first studies the negative sequence current injection method, derives the current amplitude and phase of the negative sequence, and analyzes the influences of active current and negative sequence current on the point of common coupling (PCC) voltage. Then, this paper proposes a new zero sequence voltage injection method suitable for PET. The simulation results show that, when the grid fault occurs, if PET only transmits active power, the positive sequence voltage of PCC will be reduced, and the reactive power can effectively support the grid voltage. Both the negative sequence current injection method and the zero sequence voltage injection method can make the DC voltage balance among phases of high voltage stage, but the negative sequence current injection method needs greater current stress, and the negative sequence gird voltage is increased. When the zero sequence voltage injection method is used, the three phase current of high voltage stage is symmetrical, and there is no influence on the negative sequence voltage. The active power of all PET isolation stage DAB (dual active bridge) are equal, and the output voltage and power of low voltage stage are constant, which are not influenced by the grid fault.
