摘要:与角钢塔相比,钢管塔的荷载以及自身的高度和跨度均有较大程度的增加,如何设计钢管塔的节点是保证钢管塔结构安全的主要环节。选取1 000 kV淮南—上海特高压输电线路钢管塔为工程背景,对典型十字插板连接的K型节点建立了有限元模型,对节点的力学行为、应力分布以及弹塑性的破坏过程进行了研究,可为钢管塔K型节点设计提供参考。

Abstract:

ABSTRACT:Compared to the angle-steel tower, the steel tube tower is much larger in load, height and span. The node design is the key link to ensure the structural safety of steel tube towers. Based on a case study of the large steel tube tower for 1 000 kV UHV(ultra high voltage) lines, a finite element model of the typical K-Joint is established and the mechanical behavior, stress distribution and the elastoplastic failure process of the joint have been studied respectively, which can be referred for design of K-Joints of steel tube towers.
