通信系统故障对直流保护功能的影响

Influences of Telecommunication Fault on HVDC Protection

摘要:

通信系统是直流输电系统的重要组成部分,其运行状况直接影响直流输电系统的控制保护功能。介绍了直接受通信系统故障影响的直流保护功能;实例分析了某些直流保护功能采用对侧设备状态作为开放/闭锁条件的缺陷,并探讨了改进措施;说明了通信系统故障情况下、停运直流输电系统时后备保护应注意的问题。

Abstract:

The telecommunication system is one of the most important parts of the high voltage direct current(HVDC) transmission system,since its operation status directly affects the control and protection systems. In this paper,the protection components which would be affected by faults of the telecommunication system were introduced first; then based on operation examples,the defects of using the equipment status of another station as the opening or locking conditions of some protection systems were analyzed,and some useful suggestions were discussed. At last, it was explained that attention should be paid to the backup protection when the HVDC system was shut down under telecommunication fault conditions.
