客户侧分布式储能汇聚潜力评估方法

Evaluation Method for Convergence Potential of Distributed Energy Storage on Customer Side

摘要: 以配电网为背景,采用统计学方法研究多应用场景下储能出力特性,建立基于动态响应能力、功率支撑能力、容量支撑能量、有效汇聚时间、系统稳定性、系统故障率等因素的分布式储能汇聚潜力指数模型,为分布式储能参与节点汇聚提供出力顺序的评估方法。通过分析汇聚前本地负荷用电需求制定汇聚应用目标,通过统一调度引导分布式储能建立合理的功率输入/输出顺序,将无序、自主运行的分布式储能整合成接受统一调度的优良资源。

Abstract:  In the context of distribution network, statistical methods are used to study output characteristics of the energy storage in multiple application scenarios. A convergence potential index model of distributed energy storage is established, which considers dynamic response capability, power support capability, capacity support energy, effective convergence time, system stability, and system failure rate. The convergence potential index model provides an evaluation method for the output sequence of distributed energy storage. By analyzing the local load demand before convergence, the convergence application target is established, and the distributed energy storage is unified to guide the distributed energy storage to establish a reasonable power input/output sequence, and the disordered and autonomously operated distributed energy storage is integrated into an excellent resource for unified scheduling.
