摘要: 储能设备作为一种优质的灵活性资源,在电网调频、调峰、平抑新能源波动等方面均能起到重要作用。现有储能规划研究中缺乏对多重应用场景下系统储能需求边界的评估方法。文章基于系统运行历史数据与电力系统运行模拟方法,给出了一种适用于多重应用场景的系统整体储能需求评估方法。基于江苏电网2020年规划测试系统,应用此方法计算了江苏电网调频、调峰、平抑新能源波动等3个场景下电网侧储能的需求。其中调频储能需求为289.3 MW/134.2 MW·h;平抑风电与光伏波动的储能需求分别为389.6 MW/ 629.2 MW·h与636.8 MW / 433.5 MW·h;调峰储能需求为1 245 MW /1 680 MW·h。文章还同时给出了储能类型选择的建议。

Abstract: As an excellent flexible resource, energy storage equipment plays an important role in multiple scenarios of system operation. In current grid-side storage planning research, there is a lack of assessment methods for the energy storage demand boundary under multiple application scenarios. On the basis of the operation history data and power system operation simulation method, this paper presents a storage demand assessment method for multiple scenarios. This paper applies the method to calculate the storage capacity demand under three scenarios: frequency regulation, peak regulation and smoothing renewable energy output for Jiangsu Power Grid. Among them, the demand for frequency regulation is 289.3 MW/134.2 MWh; the demand for smoothing renewable energy output is 389.6 MW/629.2 MWh and 636.8 MW/433.5 MWh; and the demand for peak regulation is 1 245 MW/1 680 MWh. Suggestions for the choice of storage types are also given.
