Metering Automatic System Adapted to Distributed Power Generation

Abstract:

As an important part of smart grid, the metering automatic system (MAS) should be improved to meet the access of distributed power generation. The definition and overall framework of MAS, and the operation status of MAS in Guangzhou power grid were introduced. Based on the business demand of Guangzhou power supply bureau Co., Ltd., the overall function deployment program for new MAS was designed. Then the data acquisition, line loss rate and online/offline time statistics of the distributed power sources that connected to power grid were studied, so as to propose some suggestions for the development direction of MAS in Guangzhou power grid.
