Economic Dispatch of Integrated Energy System Based on Chance-Constrained Goal Programming

Abstract:

In order to reduce the impact of the uncertainty and fluctuation of large-scale wind power of integrated energy system and optimize the reserve capacity and dispatch plan of integrated energy system connected with wind power, an economic dispatch model based on chance constrained goal programming(CCGP) is proposed in this paper. Firstly, chance-constrained goal programming is used to deal with the model with multiple chance constraints. Then, the risk index quantifying reserve shortage is introduced, and the risk of reserve shortage is incorporated into economic dispatch cost so that the target of risk reserve cost and operation cost can be considered. Finally, the validity of the model is verified by case studies. The result shows that the model can make a balance between security and economy, improve scheduling flexibility, reduce the impact of uncertainty of wind power, realize economic operation of the system.
