摘要: 乡村电采暖设备的普及使得用电负荷峰值增加,为使系统可靠性水平得到保证,需要综合考虑室内建筑热平衡特性和用户柔性舒适需求。为此,文章提出了一种基于用户需求精确建模的乡村清洁供能系统可靠性评估方法。首先,构建了乡村清洁供能系统架构,包括系统侧设备模型和用户侧建筑热平衡模型。其次,对用户柔性舒适需求进行建模,并引申出考虑柔性舒适需求的供能可靠性指标。再次,提出了乡村清洁供能系统故障影响分析的方法,制定了故障时的负荷削减策略和进行可靠性评估的流程。最后,通过实际算例比较了是否考虑用户柔性舒适需求与建筑热平衡特性下的可靠性指标,从而证明了所提方法对系统整体供能可靠性的提升作用。

Abstract: The popularity of electric heating equipment in rural areas has led to an increase of the peak load of electricity. In order to ensure the reliability of the power system, the indoor building heat balance and the flexible comfort requirements of users can be comprehensively considered. So we propose a reliability assessment method for rural clean energy supply system on the basis of accurate modeling of user demand. Firstly, the architecture of rural clean energy supply system is constructed, including the grid-side equipment model and user-side building heat balance model. Secondly, we model the users flexible comfort requirements, which derive indicators of the reliability of energy supply considering flexible comfort requirements. Thirdly, the method of fault impact analysis for rural clean energy supply system is proposed, and the load reduction strategy at failure time and the process of reliability assessment are formulated. Finally, through practical examples, we compare the reliability index whether considering the users flexible comfort requirements and the building heat balance characteristics, which prove the improvement of the reliability of energy supply of the whole system due to the proposed method.
