摘要:  摘要:电力负荷的构成随着社会经济的发展变得复杂多样,并且随着新能源的并入,配电网中负荷峰谷差问题也愈加突出。储能系统具有快速响应、精确控制及能量双向流动的特点。在电力系统中配置储能是实现“削峰填谷”的一种有效方案。该文提出一种电池储能参与配电网削峰填谷的可变功率控制策略,以1天为时间尺度,以储能系统电量平衡为准则,有效改善了配电网峰谷差过大的问题。以某电网中变电站实际负荷数据为算例,基于相应评价指标,就所提可变功率策略与目前常用的恒功率策略进行对比试验,验证了所提方法的可行性和有效性。

Abstract:

ABSTRACT:   With the fast development of social economy, the composition of power load becomes more complicated, and the integration of new energy in the distribution network also makes the problem of load peak and valley worse. Battery energy storage system, with its characteristics of rapid response, precise control and energy bidirectional flow, becomes an effective program to achieve ‘cutting peak filling’ in power system. This paper proposes a variable power control strategy for battery energy storage involved in peak load shifting in distribution networks. This strategy takes one day as the time scale and the energy balance of the energy storage system as the criterion, which effectively improves the peak-problem of distribution network. Taking the actual load data of a power substation as an example, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by comparing the proposed variable power strategy with the commonly used constant power strategy based on the proposed evaluation index.
