为了解决高比例可再生分布式电源(renewable distributed generation,RDG)接入配电网后各类可调资源的协同调度和时空耦合问题,提出了计及动态无功裕度的两阶段配电网无功优化调度策略。利用Copula理论建立考虑风光不确定性和相关性的预测模型,第一阶段综合考虑电压偏差、运行成本和动态无功裕度3个指标建立日前多目标优化模型,第二阶段在短时间尺度上进一步利用连续调节装置应对风光波动性,在充分协调配电网中可调资源的同时实现快慢时间常数各异的无功调节装置差异化管理。最后在改进的IEEE 33节点系统上进行仿真,结果表明所提协同优化策略能够提高系统的安全经济效益,验证了风光相关性对系统的影响。
