计及可替代负荷的电-气综合能源系统可靠性评估

摘要:

随着电力系统与天然气系统耦合关系逐渐加深,通过引导用户改变用能行为,可以增强电-气综合能源系统互联互济的能力,同时也必将对耦合系统的可靠性产生影响。文章重点研究了可替代负荷对电-气综合能源系统可靠性的影响,基于用户可控性和负荷替代前后能源消耗量变化的特点,建立了计及可替代负荷的综合能源系统最优切负荷模型,为系统提供最优切负荷策略。基于非序贯蒙特卡洛法,提出了计及可替代负荷的电-气综合能源系统可靠性评估指标和算法。算例分析表明,可替代负荷用户通过对电力系统和天然气系统用能的双向选择,减少了2个子系统之间能量转化产生的损耗,及时满足了用户的用能需求,更好地提高了系统的经济性和可靠性,为电-气耦合系统规划和运行提供了参考。

Abstract:

As the coupling relationship between the power system and the natural gas system is gradually deepened, by guiding users to change energy consumption behaviors, the ability of the electricity-gas integrated energy system to interconnect and support each other can be enhanced, and at the same time, it will certainly affect the reliability of the coupled system. This paper focuses on the effect of alternative loads on the reliability of the integrated energy system of electricity and gas. According to user controllability and the characteristics of energy consumption changes before and after load substitution, an optimal load-cutting model of the integrated energy system is established considering alternative loads as a system load shedding strategy. Applying the non-sequential Monte Carlo method, the reliability evaluation index and algorithm of the electricity-gas integrated energy system considering alternative load are proposed. The example analysis shows that the alternative load users can reduce the energy conversion loss between the two subsystems through the two-way selection of the energy use of the power system and the natural gas system, and meet the user's energy demand in time. It better improves the economy and reliability of the system, and provides a reference for the planning and operation of the electricity-gas coupling system.
