摘要:

互联互通与环境友好是区域能源系统的重要特征,也是实现其低碳经济运行的内在要求。国内外研究在系统的设计与规划、仿真建模和优化调度方面取得了一些进展,但较少从开放性角度关注环境效益问题。在已有新能源微电网项目实践基础上,以市场交易与区域能源系统的关联为切入点,提出在多交易市场联动机制下,碳中和信息管理系统的构建方法,并假定特定应用场景,通过例证进一步分析低碳路线的实施过程,以彰显系统的绿色、低碳、协同、开放的特点。

Abstract:

Interconnection and environmental friendliness are important characteristics of regional energy system and inherent requirements for its low-carbon economic operation. Research has made some progress in system design and planning, simulation modeling and optimized dispatch, but less attention has been paid to environmental benefits from the perspective of openness. According to the practice of existing new energy micro-grid projects, this paper studies the correlation between market transaction and regional energy system , and introduces a method for constructing a carbon-neutrality management information system under linkage mechanism of multi-markets. This paper also gives the illustration for analyzing implementation process of low-carbon route under specific situations, which shows the green, low-carbon, collaborative and open characteristics of the carbon-neutralization management information system.
