摘要

研究跨越高速铁路输电线路安全等级的划分,提出跨越杆塔输电线路杆塔构件及组成部分设计的目标可靠指标,建立现行设计输电线路规范中重要性系数和安全系数与设计可靠指标的关系。研究表明,跨越高铁输电线路可分为3个安全等级。一级输电线路杆塔构件及各组成部分的可靠指标不应小于3.7,二级线路各组成部分的可靠指标不应小于3.2,且一级和二级线路各组成部分的可靠指标均不应小于规定的基准可靠指标;三级输电线路各组成部分的可靠指标不应小于基准可靠指标减0.5。现行输电线路设计规范中杆塔构件结构重要性系数或绝缘子、金具和导地线安全系数与设计可靠指标成线性关系。

Abstract

 

 The safety classification of transmission line crossing high speed railway was discussed. The target reliability index for the design of tower members and components in transmission line crossing high speed railway were proposed, as well as the relationship between the reliability index and the important coefficient and safety factor in the current design code of transmission line. The research results show that it can be divided into three security levels for the transmission line crossing high speed railway: in level 1, the reliability index should be more than 3.7 for tower members and components in transmission line; in level 2, the reliability index of tower members and components should be more than 3.2, and the reliability indexes in level 1 and 2 both should be more than the specified benchmark of reliability index; in level 3, the reliability index of tower members and components should not be less 0.5 than the specified benchmark of reliability index. There is a linear relationship between the reliability index and the important coefficients of tower members or the safety factors of insulators, fittings and ground wires in the current design code of transmission line.
