基于卫星物联网的输变电设施远程监控研究与应用

 Research and Application of Remote Monitoring for Power Transmission and Transformation Facilities Based on Satellite Internet of Things

摘要:

在电网企业中,输电线路和变电站数量众多、分布广泛。位于荒山、高原、洼地、森林等人烟稀少且环境复杂的输电线路和变电站,经常受到各种地质灾害(如泥石流、洪水等)和自然腐蚀、老化的威胁。目前,设施的运维主要靠人力,缺乏有效的智能监控手段。此外,由于通信环境恶劣,使得发生问题后无法有效实施抢修和救援。针对输变电设施维护的实际需要,利用我国具有自主知识产权的北斗卫星的定位、数据传输等功能,组建卫星物联网,实现野外输变电设施的实时监测、运维管理、安全保障、应急救援等工作,从而降低运维成本,及时发现危险,保障电网和人员安全。研究内容可对卫星物联网应用于输变电设施管理的工作提供有益的参考和借鉴。

Abstract:

Under the management of power grid enterprise, there are a large number of transmission lines and substations, which are located at different places. Some of those are located at barren mountain, plateau, depression, forest and other sparsely populated and complex environment, and are often threatened by kinds of geological disasters (such as debris flow, flood etc.), natural corrosion and aging. At present, the operation and maintenance of the facilities mainly depend on manpower, and lack effective methods of intelligent monitoring. Moreover, rush repair and rescue cannot be implemented effectively after problems occurring due to bad communication environment. In view of the actual need of transmission and transformation facilities maintenance, a satellite-based internet of things was built by using the functions (such as positioning, data transmission, etc) of Beidou satellite with independent intellectual property rights in China, which could realize the real-time monitoring, operation and maintenance management, safety guarantee, emergency rescue and other works for field transmission and transformation facilities, thus to achieve the cost reduction of operation and maintenance, to find risk in time, and to ensure the safety of power grid and personnel. The research can provide some useful references for the application of satellite-based internet of things in transmission and transformation facilities management.
