减振降噪技术在城区变电站电抗器室的应用

摘要:

针对城区变电站电抗器室作业时振动噪声过大的问题,利用减振降噪技术对电抗器室进行综合改造。运用电抗器减振模型原理设计合理的隔振装置,使用在线振动传递函数及振动频谱对隔振方案的典型位置进行实时检测。采取吸声、隔声、消声等降噪措施,控制噪声的传播途径,同时采集分析改造前、后的电抗器室内、外噪声数据。结果表明,使用调质块、底部增加6个减振器的减振方案后效果良好,本体的隔振率大于93%。合理选取微穿孔性复合吸声材料,成功改造进风口、隔声门以及采用低噪声风机、消声器等综合措施使电抗器室内噪声降低约8 dB,室外噪声与环境噪声相当,噪声治理达到预期效果。该研究的成功实施为今后的电抗器室改造提供了技术支持。

Abstract:

 

Aimed at the problem of excessive vibration noise of urban substation reactor chamber, the comprehensive reform of the project was carried out by using vibration and noise reduction technology. Reasonable isolation device based on the principle of reactor vibration model was designed, as well as typical position of vibration isolation scheme in real time was detected with using the online vibration transfer function and vibration spectrum. The transmission route of noise could be controlled by using the noise reduction measures of sound absorption, sound insulation, noise elimination, etc. Meanwhile, the noise data of indoor and outdoor reactor chamber was acquired and analyzed before and after transformation. The results show that the effect of vibration isolation scheme using the damping pad and the six vibration absorbers at the bottom is good, in which the isolation rate of body is more than 93%. Through using comprehensive measures, such as the reasonable selection of porous fiber acoustic materials, the transformation of air inlet and soundproof door, the applications of low noise fan and muffler, etc., the noise inside the reactor chamber can be reduced to about 8 dB, and the outdoor noise is equal to environmental noise, which shows that the noise control achieves the desired effect. The successful implementation of this research can provide technical support for the future project transformation.
