 W型火焰锅炉煤种适应性及防结焦研究

摘要:

以阳城电厂W型火焰锅炉为例,进行了不同煤种、不同无烟煤和烟煤掺配的燃烧试验,对锅炉燃烧的稳定性、锅炉结焦特性、制粉系统安全性、锅炉飞灰可燃物含量、制粉系统单耗以及锅炉大气污染物排放情况进行了分析。W型火焰锅炉掺烧烟煤可以提高锅炉燃烧的稳定性和经济性,降低锅炉NOx的排放;未进行防结焦改造的锅炉,通过掺烧挥发份相对较低的贫煤或控制烟煤比例在30%以下,可以保证锅炉运行的安全性。针对锅炉结焦问题,从结焦部位及原因进行了分析,提出了防结焦的技术措施,实际应用表明效果良好。

Abstract:

Taking W-flame boiler in Yangcheng Power Plant as an example, the combustion tests were carried out with using different coals and different blending ratio of anthracite and bituminous coals. A series of indices were analyzed, which covered the stability of boiler combustion, the characteristics of boiler coking, the safety of coal pulverizing system, the combustible content in boiler fly ash, the unit consumption of coal pulverizing system, and the air pollutant emission situation of boiler. The results show that the blended coal combustion in W-flame boiler can enhance the stability and economy of boiler combustion, reduce the NOX emission of boiler. Through blending lean coal with relatively low volatile or controlling the ratio of bituminous coal below 30%, the safety operation of boiler without anti-coking transformation can be guaranteed. Aimed at the coking problem of boiler, the coking position and reasons were analyzed to propose technical measures of anti-coking, whose effect has been verified by the practical application.
