摘要:

以某电厂600 MW机组烟气系统改造为例,从经济性和安全性2个方面论述了锅炉引风机与脱硫增压风机“二合一改造”的可行性,给出了风机“二合一改造”的技术方案,包括设计原则、设计参数、烟道布置优化、烟道设计压力计算等。实施此方案可减少烟气系统阻力、降低改造工程量,从而节约改造投资,提高设备运行效率及机组运行的安全可靠性,可供类似改造工程参考。

Abstract:

Taking the transformation of flue gas system in 600 MW unit of a power plant as an example, the feasibility of “combining two into one”retrofit for boiler induced draft fan and desulfurization booster fan were discussed from two aspects of economy and safety, the technical scheme of “combining two into one” retrofit for fan was proposed, including design principles, design parameters, the layout optimization and design pressure calculation of flue channel. The implementation of this technical scheme can reduce the flue gas system resistance and the engineering quantity of transformation, and then it can save the investment of transformation, improve the equipment energy efficiency, as well as the safety and reliability of unit, and finally can provide reference for similar transformation projects.
