Active Peaking Technology based on High Energy-Consumption Enterprise Participating in Wind Power Accomodation in Power Grid

摘要:

随着甘肃风电规模的不断扩大,风电具有的反调峰特性使得电网整体调峰压力日趋严重,为了使电网安全稳定运行,不得不切除部分并网风电机组,造成很大的设备浪费。为此,提出了高耗能企业主动参与风电消纳及电网调峰模式,研究了综合考虑风电价格约束和电网调峰约束下高耗能企业内部转移负荷和增加负荷,利用优化预测函数控制寻优算法求解风电出力波动数值。在Matlab平台下以实际风电数据和高耗能企业可转移负荷为依据进行仿真,结果表明,该调峰技术能够明显平滑风电出力,与传统的调峰模式相比较,高耗能企业主动参与调峰不仅提高风电省内消纳能力,而且能够缓解电网调峰压力,同时在相关电价政策的支持下,高耗能企业可节约用电成本。

Abstract:

With the development of wind power scale in Gansu, the feature of anti-peaking of wind power makes the peak regulation of power grid more and more serious. So for the safe and stable operation of power system, part of grid-connected wind turbines have to be removed, which may cause great waste of equipment. In view of the above situation, high energy-consumption enterprises were suggested to actively participate in the wind power consumption and the peak regulation mode of power grid was proposed. Then, the internal transfer load and increasing load in high energy-consumption enterprises were studied with considering the constraints of wind power’s price and peak regulation, and the fluctuations of wind power output were calculated with using optimal prediction function to control optimization algorithm. Finally, simulation research was carried out in Matlab platform, according to the actual wind data and the transfer load of high energy-consuming enterprises. These results show that the wind power output can be smooth. Compared with the traditional peak regulation mode, the active participation in peak regulation of high energy-consumption enterprises can not only improve the wind power consumption capacity in province, but also relieve the pressure of peak regulation of power grid. Meanwhile it can save the electricity cost of high energy-consumption enterprises, in the support of relevant electricity price policy.
