张力机智能控制系统应用到输电线路导线张力展放施工中,实现了一人控制多台张力机,不仅使导线张力控制精准,还节约了人力成本。总线远程控制技术的应用,使操作人员远离了噪音、风沙、雨雪、日晒等恶劣环境对人体的伤害,减少了操作人员的劳动强度。控制程序中的故障自诊断及处理功能使导线放线施工更加安全,辅助无线视频监控系统使操作人员能观察走板运行及牵引绳的跳槽情况。
During conductor tension stringing process of power transmission line, the application of intelligent control system for tension machine will help operator control multiple tension machines, which not only make the control of conductor tension more precise, but also can save the manpower cost. The application of bus remote control technique makes operators away from the harm of bad environment to human body, such as noise, blown sand, rain, snow, solarization and so on, as well as can reduce the labor intensity of operators. The stringing construction of conductor turns much safer with the function of fault self-diagnosis and solving in the control program, meanwhile operators can observe the walking-plate operation and the pulling rope jumping from slot with the help of auxiliary wireless video monitoring system.
