主网扰动对机场供电系统电能质量影响的定量分析及应对措施

摘要:

随着电网的发展,供电可靠性不断提高,电能质量成为机场供电系统正常供电的重要影响因素。归纳总结了主网的扰动及其对机场供电系统的危害。通过对已有仿真软件适用性的比较,提出基于电力系统全数字实时仿真装置(数据兼容性好、性价比高)的主网扰动产生影响定量分析方法,并提出采用静止无功补偿器进行电压动态调节的应对措施,为已有机场供电系统的运行与控制、未来机场供电系统的规划与设计提供有力的分析手段,对保证机场供电系统的安全稳定运行具有积极意义。

Abstract:

Along with the development of power grid and increasing reliability of power supply, power quality has become an important factor to the normal power supply of airport. This paper summarized the main network disturbance and their damage to airport power supply system. Through the applicability comparison of the existing simulation software, this paper proposed the quantitative analysis method for the disturbances influence of main network based on advanced digital power system simulator (ADPSS), which had characteristics of data compatibility and high performance price ratio. Then, a feasible measure was put forward to adjust the voltage dynamically by using static var compensator (SVC). The researcher results can provide a powerful analysis method for both the operation, control of the existing airport power supply systems and the plan, design of the future ones, which is helpful to keep the airport power supply system safe and reliable.
