摘要:

从智能变电站站控层功能集成的角度分析了智能变电站站控层各系统的功能集成需求,基于当前智能变电站站控层的设备配置,提出了远动信息与保护及故障信息子站信息远传功能集成方案。该方案优化集成站控层应用功能,将保护及故障信息子站功能集成于监控系统;将站内远动信息、保护及故障信息子站和图模信息整合,经过同一数据通信网关机采用不同网口上传至调度主站,解决了变电站站控层系统多、接口多等问题,减少了站控层设备配置数量,降低了工程综合造价。

Abstract:

From the view of function integration of station level in smart substation, this paper analyzed the requirement of function integration. Based on the current equipment configuration of station level in smart substation, the function integration scheme of data tele-transmission of remote, protection and fault information management subsystem (PRFIS) was proposed. This scheme optimized and integrated the application function of station level, which integrated the remote, PRFIS function in monitoring and control system. It also integratd remote, PRFIS, modeling and graphic information to the dspatch center through the different network port in one datcommunication gateway, which could solve the prolems in station level of multi-system and multi-interface etc, reduce the number of equipment configuration of station level, as well as lower the project cost.
