摘要:

从工艺结构、工艺流程和操作要点等方面介绍了一种500 kV四分裂导线破口工程创新施工工艺,即新建破口线路孤立档采用装配式架线工艺,原破口线路采用高空画印装配式架线工艺。实际工程应用表明,与常规破口工程施工工艺相比,此工艺具有高空作业少、施工效率高、停电时间短、工艺质量高等特点,是高压输电线路破口工程的优选施工方案。

Abstract:

This paper introduced a new construction technology of breach engineering for 500 kV four-bundle conductor from the aspects of process structure and flow, operation points, etc, in which the isolated span used fabricated stringing in the new breach transmission line and the fabricated stringing was made on the upper air in the original transmission line. The practical engineering application show that this technology has the characteristics of less work on the upper air, high construction efficiency, short outage time, high technical quality, and is the optimal construction scheme for the breach engineering in the high voltage transmission line as well, compared with the conventional technology of breach engineering.
