等离子切割工艺在电站锅炉施工中的应用

Application of Plasma Cutting Process in Power Plant Boiler Construction

摘要:

为了提高电站锅炉鳍片密封焊接质量,改进鳍片切割工艺,实现绿色施工,对等离子切割设备的作业适应性进行了技术改进,并应用于工程实践中。将等离子切割法与氧-乙炔火焰切割法进行技术经济对比分析,结果表明,等离子切割法的切割质量、效率均优于氧-乙炔火焰切割法,成本也远低于氧-乙炔火焰切割法,等离子切割法可成为氧-乙炔火焰切割法切割锅炉鳍片的替代工艺,值得在同类电站建设中推广应用。

Abstract:

In order to improve the quality of boiler seal welded fins in power plant and fin cutting process, achieve green construction, the operation adaptability of plasma cutting equipment was technically improved and applied in engineering practice. The comprehensive technical and economic analysis was carried out on plasma cutting method and oxygen-acetylene flame cutting method. The results show that the quality and efficiency of plasma cutting is superior to that of oxygen-acetylene flame cutting, and its cost is much lower than that of oxygen-acetylene flame cutting. Plasma cutting can replace the oxygen-acetylene flame cutting as boiler fins cutting method, which is worthy of popularization and application in similar power plant construction.
