摘要:

为了满足堆顶组件整体吊装和冷却介质流道的要求,第三代核电站控制棒驱动机构(control rod drive mechanism,CRDM)冷却系统风机采用了有别于在传统压水堆核电站中此类风机的结构和布置形式,研究其性能和鉴定方案是设计该类设备的关键点。通过分析CRDM冷却系统和风机的设计要求,采用传统方法计算主要性能参数,确定了风机的类型和主要结构形式,计算结果表明,第三代核电站CRDM冷却系统风机为非标设计,国内暂无同类成熟产品,其设计需经试验和工程实践检验。针对风机设计中的关键考核点,结合工程经验和标准规范要求,拟定了用于质量鉴定的试验要求和型式试验方案,可为研制此类风机产品提供技术指导。

Abstract:

In order to meet requirements of integrated lifting and cooling air flow path of upper reactor structures in generation Ⅲ nuclear power plant, the structure and arrangement of fan in cooling system of control rod drive mechanism (CRDM) were designed to be different from that in traditional nuclear power plant with pressurized water reactor. The study on its performance and identification scheme was important for the design of this kind of equipment. Through the analysis on the design requirements of CRDM cooling system and fan, as well as the calculation of the main performance data with traditional calculation method, the type and structure of the fan were determined. The result shows that the fan is nonstandard and there is no developed product in China, so its design should be certified by testing and engineering practice. According to the key point in the design of the fan, the testing requirements and type test scheme of the fan were drafted for quality appraisal combined with engineering experience and standards, which could provide references for developing the CRDM cooling system fan.
