除氧器保压控制策略在宁德核电站的应用

摘要:

通过对宁德核电站1号机组除氧器工作原理、内部结构、运行方式的研究,对除氧器保压控制策略的设计目的、适用工况、探测原理及实现方法等进行了深入地分析。总结了调试期间出现的问题及解决方案,在机组进行跳机不跳堆、甩50%负荷至汽轮机额定转速等典型瞬态试验时,对除氧器保压控制策略的响应首次进行了全面验证,结果显示除氧器蒸汽压力控制平稳,相关经验具有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract:

Through the research on the working principle, internal structure, and operation mode of deaerator in unit 1 in Ningde nuclear power station, this paper deeply analyzed the design purpose, suitable operating mode, detection principle and implementation method of deaerator pressure control strategy, and summarized the problems that appeared in commissioning stage and their solutions. Then, this paper verified the response of deaerator pressure control strategy in typical transient tests, such as turbine trip and rejecting 50% load to rated speed. The results show that the steam pressure of deaerator can be controlled smoothly. The relevant experience has a certain reference value for other nuclear power station.
