冀北电网分区供电研究

Districting Power Supply of Jibei Power Grid

摘要:

随着电网的发展,电力系统在高一级电压网络尚未满足供电可靠性要求的情况下,为了合理利用现有资源获取最大网络传输功率,以及满足用户对用电的要求,形成了高低压电磁环网。通过分析冀北电网的具体结构和电磁环网运行存在的问题,提出唐山、承德、秦皇岛(简称“唐承秦”)地区的分区供电方案。“唐承秦”地区存在较多的500/220 kV电磁环网结构,加之地区负荷较重,考虑到安全供电,“唐承秦”地区有必要实行分区供电运行。结合冀北地区500 kV和220 kV发输变电工程的建设项目,将唐山电网分为5个220 kV供电区域的分区供电方案。通过计算和分析电网的电力平衡关系、短路电流、可靠性并进行稳定校核,证明分区供电方案的可行性,以期为冀北电网及其他地区分区供电的研究工作提供参考。

Abstract:

Along with the development of power grid, the high-low voltage electromagnetic loop network was formed in order to obtain the maximum transmission power and meet user demands for electricity, under the condition that the higher voltage network could not meet the request of power supply reliability. Through the analysis on the specific structure and electromagnetic loop network running problems in Jibei power grid, the districting power supply scheme in TangChengQin region was proposed. There are many 500/220 kV electromagnetic loop structures, coupled with heavy local load in TangChengQin region, so it is necessary to implement districting power supply in TangChengQin region, with considering the safety of power supply. Combined with the constructions of 500 kV, 220 kV power transmission and transformation projects in Jibei, the districting power supply scheme that Tangshan power grid was divided into five 220 kV power supply areas was proposed. By means of the calculation and analysis on power gird balance, short circuit current and reliability, as well as stability verification, it proves that the districting power supply scheme is feasible, which can provide a reference for the research work of districting power supply for Jibei power grid and other areas.
