输电网运行评估系统在福建电网的实现

Implementation of Transmission Network Operation Evaluation System in Fujian Power Grid

摘要: 为了将指标体系更好地应用于电网运行实践,基于先前提出的输电网运行评估指标体系,以福建电网这一实际电网为依托,从指标选取、硬件架构、软件架构3个方面,详细介绍福建电网在线运行分析与辅助决策系统的实现方法。首先结合福建电网的实际需求,从结果评估和原因评估2个方面,选取该系统中需要采用的指标;然后介绍系统服务器的构成及各自的职能分配、软件体系的构成以及各部分采用的关键技术;最后,选取系统实际运行中的2个典型越限场景,展示系统在电网出现事件时消除事件的过程,说明系统在评估电网运行状态、提供辅助决策这些方面,都是有效的、合理的,有助于指导电力系统的运行实践。

Abstract: For the better application of the index system in the operation practice of power grid, the implementation method of online operational analysis and aided-decision system (OOAADS) was introduced in detail from three aspects: index selection, hardware architecture and software architecture, based on the index system for the transmission operational evaluation proposed by the authors and the actual condition of Fujian power grid. Firstly, combined with the actual requirements of Fujian power grid, the index that should be used in the OOAADS was chosen from aspects of results evaluation and reasons evaluation. Secondly, the hardware composition of system server and its function allocation, the software architecture and its key technologies were introduced. Lastly, this paper described the process of eliminating event of the OOAADS in two typical out-of-limit cases occurred in the practical operation of the transmission grid. The results show that the OOAADS is feasible and effective for evaluating the running state of power grid and providing aided-decision, which is helpful to guide the operation practice of power system.
