大电网建设适应性评价内容与评价指标

Adaptability Evaluation Content and Indexes for Large Power Grid Construction

摘要: 随着电力市场改革的深入和社会经济的发展,以及电网规模的不断增大,研究建立大电网建设适应性的评价理论与方法体系不仅是现实需求,而且对健全、完善电网规划评价理论和评价方法体系也具有重要意义。将国民经济适应性、能源结构适应性、电网结构适应性和技术发展适应性作为大电网建设适应性的评价内容,论述了构建评价内容的理论与实践依据,提出了电力平衡系数、容载比等18个评价指标,并给出了各指标的计算方法。

Abstract: With the deepening of electricity market reform and the development of community economy, as well as the increasing of grid scale, researching and establishing the adaptability evaluation theory and method of power grid construction not only are realistic demand, but also have great influence on improving the evaluation theory and method of power grid planning. The adaptability evaluation contents for large power grid construction consisted of the adaptability of the national economy, the adaptability of energy structure, the adaptability of grid structure and the adaptability of technology development. This paper also discussed the constructing theory and practice basis of the evaluation contents; put forward eighteen evaluation indexes, such as electricity balance coefficient, capacity-load ratio, etc.; and presented the calculation methods of the indexes.
