智能变电站二次设备就地化防护技术

摘要: 智能变电站二次设备就地化满足“节材、节地、节能”等要求,是当前智能变电站建设的研究热点。为推广应用智能变电站二次设备就地化建设模式,总结了近年来二次设备就地化防护技术现状,分析温度、湿度、电磁干扰对二次设备的干扰机制;针对现有防护技术的不足之处,提出了一种预制舱防护方案,描述了舱内柜体单列和双列配置方法,具有布置紧凑、经济性好、防护效果明显、可厂内预制生产、建设周期短的特点,有效提高了智能变电站建设效率,降低了智能变电站建筑面积、工期、投资等指标。智能变电站二次设备就地化将进一步推进智能变电站“标准化设计、工厂化加工、装配式建设”,具备推广应用的价值。

Abstract: The secondary equipment in-situ of smart substation meets the requirements of material saving, land saving and energy saving, which is a hot research focus in smart substation construction at present. For the application extension of the construction mode with secondary equipment in-situ in smart substation, this paper summarized the status of protection technology for secondary equipment in-situ in recent years, and studied the interfering mechanism of temperature, humidity and electromagnetic interference on secondary equipment in-situ. Aimed at the deficiency of existing protection technology, a new precast chamber protection scheme was proposed, and the single row and double row configuration methods of holders in chamber were described, which had the characteristics of compact construction, good economics, significant protection effect, precast production inner plant and short construction period, and could effectively improve the construction efficiency of smart substation and reduce the construction area, construction period, investment of smart substation. The secondary equipment in-situ of smart substation will further promote the “standardized design, factory processing, assembling construction” for the smart substation, which has the value of popularization and application.
