智能变电站电容型设备绝缘状况在线监测

On-Line Monitoring System for Capacitive Equipment Insulation Condition in Intelligent Substation

摘要:

为保证变电站内电容型设备安全可靠的运行,设计研发了一套智能变电站电容型设备绝缘在线监测系统。系统遵循IEC61850协议给出具体软硬件设计,采用IRIG-B码同步时钟实现设备的异地同步采样,运用智能电子设备(intelligent electronic device,IED)实现设备之间数据的无缝连接,通过故障诊断算法对采集的数据进行分析,进而判断设备的绝缘情况。运行结果表明,该系统可以精确地测得电容型设备的泄漏电流、介质损耗、等值电容等反应电容型设备运行状态的信息,并可通过IEC61850协议将数据传输至在线监测数据中心。

Abstract:

 

To ensure the safely and reliably operation of capacitive equipments, an on-line monitoring system for capacitive equipment insulation in intelligent substation was developed. The insulation situation was estimated accurately through designing the software and hardware based on the IEC61850 protocol, using IRIG-B code synchronous clock to achieve long-distance synchronous sampling, using intelligent electronic device(IED) to achieve seamless connection of data between devices, and using fault diagnosis algorithm to achieve data analysis. Running results show that the system not only can accurately monitor the running state information of capacitive equipments, such as leakage current, dielectric loss, equivalent capacitance and so on, but also can transmit data to the on-line monitoring data center through the IEC61850 protocol.
