电力数据集约化状态预警与诊断主站平台设计

Design Intensive State Warning and Diagnosis Platform for Power Data

摘要: 结合工程应用实践,在省级主站平台归集各类变电设备动态数据,实现面向省网的集约化状态预警与诊断。针对状态预警与诊断系统运行当中遇到的数据交互及应用集成问题,在J2EE平台框架上实现分层模型,并基于公共信息模型,建立面向服务架构的省网级状态预警与诊断主站平台。实际应用表明,平台运行稳定,可有效应对由于省网级状态预警与诊断主站平台高级应用程序规模不断扩大,需在异构网络环境下运行,且各系统数据交互兼容的问题。

Abstract: Combined with practical engineering applications, the dynamic data of various types of substation equipments were collected in the provincial master platform, in order to achieve intensive state warning and diagnosis for the provincial power grid. According to the data exchange and application integration issues in the operation of state warning and diagnosis system, the hierarchical model was constructed on the J2EE platform framework;and a provincial network-level state warning and diagnostic master platform of service-oriented architecture (SOA) was built, based on common information model. Practical applications show that the operation of platform is stable, and it can effectively deal with the problem that the provincial network-level state warning and diagnostic master platform should be operated in a heterogeneous network environment because of the scale expanding of application program, as well as the compatibility problem of system data exchange.
