摘要:

随着电动汽车数目的迅速增长,大量电动汽车的充放电行为会对配电网的规划带来较大的影响。合理利用电动汽车的充放电行为,使其服务配电网的统筹规划将是未来研究的重点。电动汽车的类型、数量、充电模式以及政府关于电动汽车的相关政策会使电动汽车对配电网的影响发生变化,为此首先介绍了以上影响因素,在此基础上分析了电动汽车充放电对配电网运行的影响及其合理利用,最后提出了电动汽车充电设施规划和适应电动汽车接入的配电网规划方面的建议。

Abstract:

With the rapid growth in the number of electric vehicles (EVs), the charging and discharging behavior of EVs will bring a greater impact on the distribution network planning. The rational use of EV charging and discharging behavior for the overall planning of distribution network will be the focus of future research. The type, number and charging mode of EV, as well as the national policy will make changes to the impact of EV on distribution network. This paper described the above factors, and then analyzed the impact of EV charging and discharging on distribution network and its rational use. At last this paper proposed some suggestions on the planning of EVs' charging and discharging devices and the distribution network planning adapting to EV access
