摘要:

电动汽车是国家战略制高点和持续发展重要着力点,其产业推动依赖于充换电服务网络建设与发展。充换电负荷作为配电网增供终端推动负荷增长的同时,其服务网络影响并受制于配电网。二者形成的复杂技术经济动力学演进系统亟待研究。面向电动汽车产业在“示范推广-快速增长-平稳发展”的典型发展阶段中充换电负荷特性与类比、充换电设施配置、双网协同规划等领域的理论问题展开探讨,指出其中涉及的关键技术、难点和发展方向。

Abstract:

Electric vehicle (EV) is a significant point for national strategic high point and sustainable development. The industry can be promoted relaying on the construction and development  of the charging and swapping service network. As an additional terminal of distribution network, leading to load demand increase,  the service network affects but also being limited by the distribution network. The complicated technology and economic dynamic evolution system needs to be studied. In this paper, regarding the typical development stages “demonstration-fast growth-stable development”, charging or swapping load characteristic and analogy, charging or swapping infrastructure deployment,  planning incorporating different networks etc. were proposed and discussed. Furthermore, the key technology, problems, and the road map were pointed out.
