摘要:

根据我国电动汽车充电站运行特点,参考相关标准和技术规范及现实因素,从供电可靠性、充电设备效率、电能质量、运营状况及为电网提供辅助服务的能力等5个方面出发,建立电动汽车充电站运行能效评估指标体系,提出基于AHP-熵权法的电动汽车充电站运行能效评估模型,将定量指标和定性指标分别进行规范化处理,应用AHP-熵权法综合考虑指标的主观权重与客观权重,从而实现对电动汽车充电站运行能效水平的综合评估。针对武汉地区4个运营中的电动汽车充电站进行了运行能效评估,结果表明,基于AHP-熵权法的电动汽车充电站运行能效评估模型能够为电动汽车充电站的建设和经济运行提供参考依据。

Abstract:

According to the running characteristics of EV charging stations in our country, based on the relevant standards, technical specifications and realistic factors, the assessment index system of running energy efficiency was established for EV charging station from five aspects of power supply reliability, efficiency of charging equipment, power quality, operation conditions and ancillary services ability of grid. Then the running efficiency assessment model of EV charging station was proposed based on AHP-Entropy method. The quantitative indexes and qualitative indexes were normalized respectively; and the AHP-entropy method was used to comprehensively consider the subjective weight and objective weight of index, which could realize the comprehensive assessment of the running energy efficiency of EV charging station. Taking four EV charging stations in Wuhan as examples, the results of the running energy efficiency assessment show that the proposed running energy efficiency assessment model of EV charging station based on AHP-entropy method can provide references for the construction and economic operation of EV charging station.
