特高压直流控制系统与阀控系统的接口及试验

摘要:

换流阀阀控设备是直流输电二次系统中的核心元件,是连接换流阀与直流控制系统的接口设备,是实现对换流阀进行控制和保护的重要环节。依托哈郑工程,详细介绍了特高压直流控制系统与换流阀阀控系统的总体结构、直流控制系统与技术路线不同的换流阀阀控系统的接口形式和接口信号。针对哈郑工程阀控系统接口具有较大的差异性和复杂性等特点,设计了完备的阀控接口试验方案。基于阀控接口试验以及在试验过程中遇到的问题,提出了直流控制系统和阀控系统接口的优化改进建议,以降低后续工程中阀控系统接口的复杂性,便于阀控设备的标准化运行和维护。

Abstract:

Converter valve equipment is the core element in the secondary system of DC transmission, the interface device between converter valve and DC control system, as well as the important part in the control and protection of converter valve. Based on Hazheng project, the overall structures of UHVDC control system and converter valve control system were introduced in detail, as well as the interface mode and signal between DC control system and converter valve control system with different technical route. A perfect interface test program was designed in view of the diversity and complexity of valve control system in Hazheng project. Based on the interface test and problems encountered during the test, some optimized suggestions were proposed for the interface between DC control system and converter valve control system, which could reduce the complexity and facilitate the standardization of operation and maintenance of converter valve system in the follow-up projects .
