摘要:

大力开发和利用可再生能源是我国能源可持续发展和经济可持续发展战略的重要组成部分。正在建设中的酒泉至湖南±800 kV特高压直流工程额定输送容量800万kW,是西北集风、火、太阳能电源协同外送的大型直流输电工程。如何结合送端电源外送特性和受端负荷消纳特性,达到电力输送、消纳和经济效益最优化,需要对特高压直流输送电力的功率运行曲线进行研究。该文对送端直流可能的输送方式进行了分析研究,对受端如何消纳以及经济效益进行了分析探讨,提出了研究此类问题的思路和方法,为工程运行提供了技术参考,对其他工程也有重要的参考价值。

Abstract:

Vigorously developing and utilizing renewable energy is an important part of the sustainable development of energy and the sustainable economic development strategy in China. ±800 kV UHVDC transmission project from Jiuquan to Hunan with rated transmission capacity of 8 million kW is under construction, which transports thermal power, wind power and solar energy power of Northwest Power Grid. How to achieve the optimization of power transmission, consumption and economic benefit combined with the power delivery characteristics of Jiuquan and the load consumption characteristics of Hunan, it is needed to study the power running curve of UHVDC transmission power. The possible DC power transmission modes of Jiuquan and the consumptive situation and economic benefits of Hunan were analyzed. The ideas and methods of researches on these similar issues were proposed, which could provide technical reference for the operation of the project and important reference for other projects.
