摘要:

在超、特高压直流输电系统中,换流站投切交流滤波器用断路器在多个工程中出现内绝缘击穿、外绝缘闪络等故障,中国南方电网有限责任公司首次使用国内厂家供货的此类型断路器,在开断过程中也出现了1次断路器开断过程中灭弧室内部击穿导致瓷套爆裂的故障。对此次故障的故障过程、现场解体检查和故障原因分析进行了介绍,并提出了针对该批次断路器的反事故措施,并对后续滤波器用断路器的选型提出了建议。

Abstract:

In EHV/UHVDC transmission systems, several AC filter circuit breakers (CB) were found broken due to internal insulation breakdown fault or external insulation flashover fault in several projects. The CBs supplied by domestic manufacturers were put into operation in China Southern Power Grid for the first time, and a CB fault occurred in a switching process because of porcelain bushing bursting caused by interrupter internal breakdown. This paper introduced the fault process, on-site disintegration inspection and failure analysis of this fault, and proposed the anti-accident measures for this batch of the circuit breakers, as well as the subsequent selection proposals of the filter CB.
