基于适应度指标的输电网发展方案选取方法

摘要:

在输电网发展方案选取方面,电网的发展、调度等部门往往侧重点不同,采取的评价指标与方法也不同,难以形成客观、全面、统一的发展方案,造成电网规划、建设、运行等环节出现矛盾。针对上述问题,提出了一种基于适应度和证据理论的输电网发展方案选取方法。建立适应度概念来定量评价电网发展的程度,用证据理论整合了安全性、经济性等各方面电网适应度,得到的可选性参数为输电网发展方案的选取提供了依据。该方法能够解决输电网发展方案选取上各部门难以协调一致的问题,对实际电网发展方案选取的模拟表明了该方法的可行性和有效性。

Abstract:

There are different evaluation indexes and methods for the development scheme selection of transmission network between development department and dispatch department of power grid based on different emphasis points. So it is difficult to form an objective, comprehensive, unified development scheme, which will cause contradiction among transmission networks planning, construction, operation and other aspects. In view of the above problems, this paper presented a selection method for transmission network development scheme based on fitness and evidence theory. The concept of fitness was established to quantitatively evaluate the development degree of power grid, and the evidence theory was used to integrate the aspects of safety, economy and other fitness indexes;the obtained parameters could provide the basis for the development scheme selection of transmission network. The proposed method can solve the coordinate problem of transmission network development scheme selection in different developments. The simulation of actual power grid development scheme selection shows the feasibility and validity of this method.
