新加坡电网高可靠性供电方案分析

摘要:

随着我国经济社会的快速发展和生活水平的提高,用户对供电可靠性需求不断攀升。相比新加坡等先进国家的电网,我国电网的供电可靠性水平相对落后,不少研究学者希望按照新加坡“梅花”状网架结构打造“世界一流电网”。目前对新加坡电网的研究主要集中在“梅花”状网架结构和合环运行上,也有论文对其自动化水平、管理水平等因素开展研究,但对新加坡电网的研究比较零散,缺乏全面系统的剖析,该文围绕高可靠性供电,从一次网架结构与二次系统配合、全电压等级协同合环运行、技术要素与管理要素相结合等3个方面深入剖析新加坡电网高可靠性供电方案,为提升我国电网规划、运行和管理提供科学参考和借鉴依据。

Abstract:

 

With the economy developing rapidly and the living standard improving continuously in our country, customers need much higher demand for power supply reliability. Compared with the power grid in other advanced countries such as Singapore, the level of power supply reliability in our country is backward. So many researchers hope to build a world-class power grid in China according to the Quincunx-type power grid in Singapore. At present, the researches on Singapore power grid have mainly focused on its Quincunx-type structure and closed-loop operation. In addition, several papers study its automation level, management level and other factors, but the researches on Singapore power grid are relatively scattered and lack comprehensive and systematic analysis. Around the high reliability of power supply, this paper deeply analyzed the high-reliability power supply scheme of Singapore power grid from three aspects: the cooperation between primary grid structure and secondary system, the coordinated closed-loop operation with full voltage level, the combination of technology factor and management factor, which could provide scientific references for the promotion of power grids planning, operation and management in China.
