能源互联网下的中长期电力需求预警理论框架

摘要:

目前,我国经济结构正在发生大规模调整,能源体系转型,作为经济发展风向标的电量增长也出现了新的变化。在如此复杂的形势下,准确的中长期电力需求预警对电力系统资源的综合规划有着重要的意义。为此,提出了一种能源互联网下的中长期电力需求预警理论框架,从大数据的视角重新审视电力需求预警。首先构建了中长期电力需求预警的理论框架,然后提出了基于内因分析和基于外因分析的中长期电力需求预警方法,并介绍了相关性分析、预测分析、分类分析等中长期电力需求预警模型,最后,对未来中长期电力需求预警进行了总结和展望。

Abstract:

 

China is stepping into a new normal economic development, with the economic structure and the energy system adjusted extensively. As a signpost of economic development, the power demand growth has also changed with the uncertain environment. In such a complex situation, it is of great significance to guarantee accurate early warning in the medium and long term power demand for the integrated resources planning of power system. To this end, the theoretical framework of medium and long term power demand warning was proposed in energy internet. Firstly, the theoretical framework of medium and long term power demand warning was constructed. Then, the medium and long term power demand warning methods were proposed based on the internal analysis and external factors based analysis, and several early warning models such as correlation analysis, prediction analysis, and classification analysis were introduced. Finally, the future researches on medium and long term power demand warning were summarized and prospected.
