摘要:

特高压交流输电技术可以实现能源大范围优化配置,为社会经济协调可持续发展提供强有力的支撑。断路器作为其安全运行的重要保障,一直以来都是研究热点。特高压输电系统所具有的分裂导线参数特性、过电压、电磁环境等复杂电气特征严重影响断路器可靠动作,对其动作特性以及灵敏性提出了更高的要求。在分析国内已投运的特高压交流工程的基础上,对以上因素给断路器保护带来的新特点进行分析,提出了基于PCS-921G装置的断路器保护配置,并针对失灵保护,三相不一致保护,过流保护以及自动重合闸给出了相应的整定方案,并对其加以验证,为后续特高压交流工程断路器继电保护提供宝贵的设计依据。

Abstract:

 

 UHVAC transmission can achieve the optimal allocation of energy and resources in a wide range, which can provide strong support for the coordinated and sustainable development of social economy. As an important guarantee for its safe operation, circuit breaker has been widely and deeply studied all the time. The complex electrical characteristics of UHV transmission system such as bundled conductor parameters, over voltage and electromagnetic environment greatly have great impact on the reliable action of circuit breaker, and put forward higher requirements on its motion characteristics and sensitivity. Based on the analysis of domestic UHV projects put into operation, the new characteristics of circuit breaker protection caused by the above factors were studied. The configuration based on PCS-921G device of the circuit breaker protection and the corresponding settings concerning failure protection, three-phase inconsistent protection, over-current protection, and automatic reclosing lock were presented and verified, which could provide valuable design basis for the subsequent circuit breaker relay protection in UHVAC projects.
