一种±800    kV直流换流阀技术改进方案及验证

摘要:

哈密—郑州±800    kV直流输电工程哈密南换流站极Ⅱ低端换流阀技术改进工程是国内首次对国外品牌换流阀进行技术改进的工程。首先对原国外品牌换流阀的技术缺陷及相应技术改进方案进行了介绍。然后对工程现场分系统调试、站系统调试和系统调试等方案的设计和主要创新点进行梳理。最后对工程现场调式情况进行了介绍,结果显示,改进后的换流阀直流均压电阻运行温度显著降低,晶闸管状态检测机制更加完善。试验中未出现保护误动作或故障跳闸等错误,未出现换相失败等异常问题,改进后的换流阀性能参数满足工程设计要求。

Abstract:

The technical improvement project of pole Ⅱ lower converter valve in ± 800 kV HVDC
 Southern  Hami south converter station is the first technical improvement project of certain foreign brand HVDC valve completed in China. This paper firstly introduces the technical defects and technical promotion programs of this foreign brand valve, and then discusses the designs and main innovation points of project commission programs of subsystem, station system and whole system. Site test analysis results show that the running temperature of DC grading resistor of improved thyristor valve is significantly reduced, and thyristor state detection mechanism is improved. There is no protection misoperation, fault trip or commutation failure in the test, and the performance parameters of improved thyristor valve meet the requirements of engineering design.
