Distributed Optimization Method for Energy Management in Smart Grid Based on Three-level Game Model

摘要: 如何改善用户用电模式以及优化供配电系统成为了智能电网发展中亟需解决的问题之一。针对电力市场和新能源发电的需求,文章提出一种基于博弈论的三层博弈架构下的智能电网能量分布式优化管理方法。首先,在用户侧,构建家庭用户演化博弈模型反映需求侧响应;其次,针对供电侧,构建多售电公司的非合作博弈模型调节电力市场供需平衡;然后,针对传统火力发电企业与新能源发电企业构建合作博弈模型,并依据Shapley值分配合作博弈中的联盟收益;最后,通过仿真和计算,对提出的三层博弈架构模型进行验证和分析。

Abstract: Under the circumstance where smart gird is developing rapidly, it is crucial to improve the power consumption mode of users and optimize supply and distribution system. Aiming at the demand for new energy power generation, a three-level network system is constructed based on game theory to analyze distributed optimization for energy management in smart grid. Firstly, the demand-side is modeled based on the evolutionary game. Secondly, as for the supply-side, a non-cooperated game model is established to accomplish the balance. Then, via the Shapley allocation strategy, a cooperated game model is provided to maximize the benefit for both traditional power generation industry and new energy source companies. Lastly, the simulation cases are conducted and calculated to validate the convergence and effectiveness of the three-level game model.
