乡村清洁能源配电系统供能灵活性评估方法及提升措施

摘要: 针对已有的配电网灵活性评估方法难以反映乡村配电网在采暖季对热负荷需求的问题,文章提出了乡村清洁能源配电系统供能灵活性评估方法及提升措施。首先,建立了乡村清洁能源配电系统架构,构建了户级分散电热供应子系统中的设备模型。其次,基于时序负荷不确定带的可行性,提出配电系统供能灵活性评估基本思想。在此,在建立不确定带的基础上,构建区域配电网日前调度模型,提出基于遗传算法的求解方法,并提出灵活性指标计算方法。在此基础上给出了乡村清洁能源配电系统供能灵活性评估提升措施。最后,通过算例分析验证了文章所提出的评估方法及提升措施。

Abstract: In view of the problem that the existing evaluation methods for distribution network flexibility cannot reflect the demand of rural distribution network for heat load in the heating season,  this paper proposes a method for evaluating the flexibility of rural distribution system containing clean energy and gives some improving measures. Firstly, the structure of rural distribution system containing clean energy is established, and the equipment model of household decentralized electric heating supply subsystem is constructed. Secondly, according to the feasibility of uncertain time-series load band, the basic idea of power supply flexibility evaluation for distribution system is proposed. Thirdly, on the basis of establishing uncertain region, day-ahead dispatching model of regional distribution network is constructed, solution method based on genetic algorithm is proposed, and the calculation method of flexibility index is proposed. The measures to improve the flexibility of rural distribution system containing clean energy are analyzed. Finally, the evaluation method and improving measures proposed in this paper are verified by analysis of an example.
