摘要: 在考虑非计划脱网后重要负荷供能需求的基础上,文章对并网时的综合能源系统(integrated energy system,IES)进行优化调度。首先以经济调度为目标,考虑不同能源转换效率及能量约束,建立含有冷、热、电多种能源形式的日前经济优化调度模型;在此基础上,根据非计划脱网后重要负荷供能需求提出储能系统荷电状态(state of charge,SOC)动态约束方法,在保障重要负荷的基础上充分利用储能系统容量;通过粒子群算法进行求解,最终确定多能流协同优化调度方案。算例分析表明:按照所提方案对储能系统SOC进行动态约束,能够在约束范围内充分发挥储能系统的“低谷电高峰用”作用,与传统分供式相比,具有显著的经济优势;建立的并网经济优化调度模型能够保证任意时刻脱网都满足重要负荷短时供能需求。

Abstract: This paper optimizes the integrated energy system (IES) at the time of grid connection on the basis of considering energy supply to the important loads after unplanned off-grid. Firstly, taking economic scheduling as the goal, considering different energy conversion efficiency and energy constraints, we establish a day-ahead economic optimization scheduling model with multiple forms of energy sources including cooling, heating and electric power. On this basis, a dynamic constraint method for the SOC of energy storage is proposed according to the energy demand of important loads after unplanned off-grid, and the energy storage capacity is fully utilized on the basis of ensuring important loads. Finally, using the particle swarm optimization algorithm to solve the model and determining the multi-energy flow coordinated optimization scheduling scheme. The analysis of the example shows that the SOC of energy storage can be constrained dynamically according to the scheme proposed in this paper, which can fully exert the role of “peak load shifting” of energy storage within the constraint range, and has obvious economic advantages compared with the traditional distribution method. At the same time, the established grid-connected economic optimization scheduling model can ensure that energy supply requirements of important loads can be met after unplanned off-grid at any time.
