摘要:  数据中心负荷是负荷侧具有极大应用前景的可调节资源,云计算及大数据技术确保了数据中心能够通过网络将数据负荷快速地进行地域转移,与此同时,智能电网、自动需求响应等技术的发展,为快速自动地调整数据中心电负荷提供了可能。目前我国电力供应总体富余,调峰问题尤其是低谷调峰成为系统运行管理的困难环节之一。作为一种优质需求响应资源,数据中心能够通过数据网络在多个电力市场中实现电力电量的转移,具备极强的调峰潜力。文章设计了数据中心参与调峰辅助服务市场的需求响应方式,提出了数据网络参与多调峰辅助服务市场的总体架构,并建立了数据网络参与调峰辅助服务的决策模型,算例表明,所建模型的最优调度方案能够保证数据中心在参与多个电力市场调峰辅助服务市场时的调峰有效性与自身运行的经济性。

Abstract: Data center electricity load is an adjustable resource with great application prospects on the load side. Cloud computing and big data technologies ensure that data centers can quickly transfer data loads from place to place through the network. At the same time, the development of technologies such as smart grid and automatic demand response makes it possible to quickly and automatically adjust the electricity load of data centers. At present, the power supply in China is generally surplus, and the peak regulation, especially the valley-load peak regulation, has become one of the difficult links in system operation and management. As a high-quality demand response resource, data centers can achieve the  power transfer between multiple electricity markets through data network, with a strong peak regulation potential. The demand response method of data centers participating in peak-regulating ancillary service markets is designed. The overall framework of data network participating in multi-peak-regulating ancillary service markets is proposed. And the scheduling strategy of data network participating in peak-regulating ancillary service markets is established. The example shows that the optimal scheduling scheme of the model can ensure the efficiency and economy of data centers when participating in multi-peak-regulating ancillary service markets.
