摘要: 在电动汽车和清洁能源发电大量接入配电网的背景下,电动汽车无序充电与清洁能源出力的不确定性给配电网运行带来负面影响。首先,通过蒙特卡洛模拟生成电动汽车出行特性,以分时电价为调节手段制定有序充电控制策略,并考虑分布式发电出力的不确定性,建立基于信息间隙决策理论(information gap decision theory, IGDT)的主动配电网优化运行模型;之后,以电网侧、用户充电、环境侧总运行成本最小为目标,包含多种主动管理设备约束,并考虑决策者不同的风险偏好,分别建立机会模型与鲁棒模型,为制定调度方案提供决策依据;最后,通过改进的PG&E 69节点算例验证了IGDT模型有效性。

Abstract:  Under the background of large number of electric vehicles and clean energy generation connected to distribution network, uncontrolled charging of electric vehicles and the uncertainty of clean energy output has a negative impact on the operation of distribution network. By using Monte Carlo simulation to generate the trip characteristics of electric vehicles, and taking time-of-use price as a means of regulation, a coordinated charging controlling strategy is formulated. Considering the uncertainty of distributed generation output, an optimization operation model of active distribution network on the basis of information gap decision theory (IGDT) is established. The objective of the model is to minimize the total operation cost of grid-side, charging user-side and environment-side, and it contains a variety of active management equipment constraints. Considering the different risk preferences of decision makers, the opportunity model and the robust model are established to provide decision-making basis for the formulation of scheduling schemes. Finally, the validity of IGDT model is verified by the improved PG&E 69-node system.
